She was born August 21, 1939 in Richwood to the late Edward J. and Garnet S. (Fry) Webb. She was also preceded in death by a brother John Webb, sister Delores McFadden, and a granddaughter, Kayla Levings.

He was born June 11, 1954 in Mount Vernon to the late Donald and Delores (Greene) Wheeler.
Dennis was retired diesel mechanic, having worked at National Lime & Stone in Delaware for 36 years.
He enjoyed watching Gunsmoke, playing cornhole, going to family cookouts, watching NASCAR on Sunday and fishing and hunting.
