RICHWOOD—Esther Irene Thompson, 96, formerly of the Claiboume area, died Thursday evening January 12, 1995 at Cancio Home Care Center, Sunbury, where she had been residing.
Born Jan. 21, 1898, in Claibourne Township, she was the daughter of George W. and Belle A. (Hitt) Moore. In 1917,she married Albert J. Thompson. He died in 1972. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Wi I lard (Audrey) Watts, Sunbury; a sister, Mrs. Bernice Moore, Claibourne; two grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; and two great-great-grandchildren. The homemaker was a member of Claibourne Advent Christian Church. Graveside funeral services are 11 a.m. Monday at Claibourne Cemetery. Calling hours are 3-5 p.m. Sunday at Stofcheck Funeral Home, Richwood. The Rev.
