So sorry for your loss. He was a wonderful man and church leader. He’s the one I’d call for church financial questions and if we should cancel church for bad weather. My sympathy to all the family.

To all of Charles family. Very sorry to hear of Charles passing. Fond memories of going to Warner's Locker as a child with Dad. Kelley and I played a few card games with Mona, Jack, Jeanne, and Charles. Who could forget the kraut, rib and pancake suppers. May all your memories give you peace and comfort in the coming days. My deepest sympathy to all of you.

Mike and family, we remember your dad fondly. My dad worked at the locker at times and even let me help. I had your dad as a SS teacher, and have always counted my time at CUMC as an essential part of my walk with the Lord. May God be your source of strength and hope and purpose as you endure this loss. Blessings, Wayne and Regina

It was such a shock to us. Our deepest sympathy to all. Chuck made a great impact on all our lives as a friend , neighbor and community leader. He always gave his all. He loved cooking for church events and the springinfest. His deer processing was top notch and he was always reading and researching keeping current with events. He loved playing horseshoes. We enjoyed several meals with him and Jeanne at rhetoric and he never met a cookie that he did not like. He had a sweet tooth! He will be missed but I hope he inspired others as he did us and many memories to cherish.

I spent my tween and teen years as part of the Methodist church growing up in Claibourne. He was a solid member there and part of my upbringing. His faithfulness to God, family, church and community was a blessing. In high school, I went to the locker and asked for 2 cow eyes for a science demonstration at school. He said yes.To his family I offer my sympathy and comfort in his being right where he belongs now. Until you meet again.

Mike, Eric, Amanda and all your families - we are so sorry to hear about Chuck‘s passing. I have many fond memories of spending time with your family growing up. I remember Chuck would often take us to little league baseball practice and occasionally we would attend a Cincinnati Reds game. Chuck and Jean were great members of the local community and our church in Claiborne. May God grant you peace in the coming weeks.

Condolences to you all. Chuck was such a good soul. I remember him being my Sunday school teacher and that smiling face when I came into the locker for my sugar fix while I was riding my bike around the block.
