Teresa Ann "Taz" Zachariah

Teresa Ann "Taz" Zachariah, 80 of Richwood, died Tuesday February 17, 2026 at the Memorial Hospital in Marysville. She was born April 4, 1945 in Kenton to the late Ray Hall and Leona Mae (Daniels) Harraman. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Zachariah and siblings, John Harraman and Janet Brown. Teresa was a graduate of Elgin High School. She had worked at Ranco in Plain City and Honda of Marysville. Teresa was an active member of the Richwood VFW #870, it was her sort of home away from home. She had so many good times and memories with her friends at the cantina. She was also a member of the Eagles Lodge in Marysville. She cherished her dogs and truly enjoyed her “Tweety Bird”, her bright yellow Monte Carlo. Teresa loved being with people and people loved being with Teresa. Surviving are her children, Troy (Jesseka) Ransome of Richwood, Tammy (Brian) Greek of Ashley, Kimberly Bond of Findlay and Holly (John) Andrews of Marysville. Grandchildren, Kaine (Lauren) Ransome, Klarke (Sydney) Ransome, Tayden Peck, Jordyn Ransome, Grey Ransome, Michael (Ashley) Hempy, Sarah (Nate) Hempy, Renee Smith, Kristal Shadbold and Justin Shepherd. 12 great grandchildren Her significant other, Garey Shelton of Richwood Sister, Rayda Reese of Richwood Services Celebrating her Life will be held Sunday March 1, 2026 at 4:00 pm at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood. Pastor Joseph Rhea will officiate. Friends may call two hours prior to the service at the funeral home in Richwood. Following the service, there will be a gathering of family and friends at the Richwood VFW #870, 9 West Blagrove St. Richwood, Ohio 43344, to celebrate Teresa.
