Kathy Sue Jordan

Kathy Sue Jordan, 64 of Richwood died peacefully Monday evening December 4, 2023 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born November 29, 1959 in Urbana to the late Charles and G. Louise (Piper) Jordan. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Sandra Kay Jordan-McClure. Kathy had attended MARCA in Marion and had been employed at the U-Co Industries in Marysville. She loved her family fiercely and they took great care of her. Kathy loved the holiday season, Thanksgiving and Christmas were her favorites, she also really enjoyed everyone’s Birthdays. She loved to go shopping and was proud of her vegetable garden. Having a yard sale gave her great pleasure, so she could make money to spend on her family. She will be remembered as the sweetest, most caring person. Surviving are her siblings, Danny (Roxanne) Jordan, Richwood; Brenda (Larry) Piper, Richwood, Patty (Rick) Schultz, Radnor, Jerry (RaeLynn) Jordan, Richwood; Charlie (Theresa) Jordan, Richwood, Michael Jordan, Marion and Charles (Deanna) Dixon, Richwood Numerous nieces and nephews and extended family and friends. Funeral services will be held Friday December 8, 2023 at 11:00 am at the Church of God of Prophecy, 13235 St. Rt. 47 Richwood, Ohio 43344. Pastor Peggy Strickland will officiate. Burial will follow in the Claibourne Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 5-7 pm at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood.
