Anne Marie (Tocci) Fail

Anne Marie (Tocci) Fail, 54 of Frisco, North Carolina, The Outer Banks, died Thursday November 23, 2023 at the East Carolina University Hospital in Greenville, North Carolina. Anne Marie was born December 4, 1968 in Columbus to the late Michael Tocci and Linda (Brown) Fillinger. She was also preceded in death by a brother Frank Tocci. Anne Marie never met a stranger. Anyone she met loved her outgoing and honest personality. Family meant everything to her, she would do anything for anyone. She cherished her animals, Pedro and Vida. Outer Banks, North Carolina was her home. She loved being next to the beach and enjoyed the numerous friends she made in the community. Anne Marie was a graduate of the Marysville High School. Surviving are her siblings, Rocco (Barb) Tocci of Marysville, Angelo Tocci of Marysville, Molly (Bill Hoffman) Newberry of Dublin, Michael (Irene) Tocci of Powell, Rosalie (Bill Knipe) Kinney of Powell, Nate (Emilee) Fillinger of Forest and Ebony (Jamie) Warwick of Marion, Stepfather, Larry Fillinger of Richwood Aunt, Ruthanne James of Grandview, Several nieces, nephews and cousins Her former husband, Bryan Fail of Buxton, North Carolina Funeral services will be held Wednesday December 6. 2023 at 11:00 am at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood. Pastor Joseph Rhea will officiate. Burial will follow in the Byhalia Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday from 5-7 pm at the funeral home in Richwood.
