Carolyn Faye Kincaid

Carolyn Faye Kincaid, 85 of Richwood, died Wednesday evening December 28, 2022 at the Prestige Gardens in Marysville. She was born October 18, 1937 in Ansted, West Virginia to the late Charles and Sally (Crist) Davis. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Kincaid, they were married in March of 1959 and he died July 4, 2021. She was also predeceased by siblings, Charles, Edward Ray, Doris Legg, Edna Jane Davis and Loretta Kincaid Faye retired from the Marion General Hospital where she worked as a Medical Transcriptionist for 27 years. She was a member of the Union Baptist Church and the Red Society. She had also volunteered at North Union with the Ohio Reads program and at the Richwood Library. Surviving are her children, Ron (Nancy) Kincaid of Richwood, Anita (Brian Bodey) Goldsmith of Bellefontaine and Brenda (Kent) Dewitt of Richwood. Grandchildren: Lindsay (Jeramey) Smith, Chad (Amanda) Webb, Jennifer (Brian) Bombik, Ross (Lea) Goldsmith and Shelby (Kyle Thomas) Goldsmith and 3 step grandkids Great grandchildren: Sam, Caroline, Jude, Emerson, Easton, Ellie, Hildy, Carter and Hailey and 5 step great grandchildren One brother, Jerry Davis of Rainsville, Alabama Funeral Services will be held Monday January 2, 2023 at 1:00 pm at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood, Pastor John Ramsey will officiate. Burial will follow in the Price Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service beginning at 12 noon at the funeral home in Richwood.
