Norma Jean Hetzner |
 Norma Jean Hetzner, 91 of Radnor, died Sunday afternoon November 6, 2022 at The Inn at Walnut Trail in Sunbury.
She was born May 25, 1931 in Richwood to the late Lawrence J. and Thelma (Lawrence) Dodrill. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Lowell E. Hetzner, they were married October 7, 1951 and he died September 18, 2002. Also preceding her in death were her two brothers, Donald and Robert Dodrill.
Norma was a 1949 graduate of the Prospect High School. She was a true homemaker; it was important for her to take care of her family and keep her house just so.
Norma was a longtime member of the Radnor Congregational United Church of Christ. She had belonged to a Mother’s Club and The Sorority Club. After Lowell died, she had volunteered at the Grady Memorial Hospital.
Surviving are her children, Elaine (Jeff) Humes of Delaware and Steve Hetzner of Radnor.
Grandchildren, Garrett (Danelle Gagliardi) Humes, Ross (Katie) Humes, Randy (Bobbi) Batho, Sheila (Frank) Thompson and Sam Hetzner
Great grandchildren, Grant and Brady Humes, Devin and Haley Batho and Joe and Justin Mathews
Funeral services will be held Friday November 11, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Radnor Congregational United Church of Christ, Pastor Dan Bill will officiate. Burial will follow in the Radnor Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 5-7 pm at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood.

So sorry- Norma Jean was always so kind to our family, especially our little guy when we visited with her and Grandpa Williams! We enjoyed getting to know her in that short time and learn about your family as she spoke so highly of you all!

So sorry for your loss. So many great memories of all of us camping,Canada,Hessel,boat shows,New Years Eves,Daniel calling her anchor necklace a "hooker"! I still can't believe how she patiently fed Porky with a spoon! I think of her every time I see mallards. Remember the good times!
