C.E. was a fun cousin with a charismatic personality! I was awed by his most gorgeous male singing voice. I also enjoyed hearing him speak, with the rolled “r’s” influence of the Spanish language. He was an inspiration to many and will be missed by all who knew him. -Stephanie
