Robert Lee “Pops” Hawke

Robert Lee “Pops” Hawke, 73, of Richwood, died Friday July 31, 2020 at his home. He was born December 1, 1946 in Medina to the late Chester and Virginia (Wass) Hawke. Pops was a self-employed Truck Driver for many years. He was also a veteran of the United State Navy. Pops was a huge fan of the O.S.U. Buckeyes. He also loved riding his Harley Davidson, he had been a member of the Buck Riders Motorcycle Club out of Marysville. He was a member of the Richwood Baccarat VFW Post #870 and the Eagles in Marysville. Surviving is his significant other: Teresa Zachariah of Richwood, his daughter: Kimberly (David) Hawke-Cardace of Shreve, grandchildren: Anthony and Ariel Cardace and great grandchildren: Isabel and Lincoln. Teresa’s family: Troy (Jess) Ransome of Richwood, Tammy (Brian) Greek of Ashley, Kim Bond of Findlay and Holly Zachariah of Marysville Kaine Ransome, Klarke (Sydney) Ransome, Jordyn Ransome, Tayden Ransome, Grey Ransome, Michael (Ashley) Hempy, Sara (Scott) Hempy, Renee Smith, Kristal Shadbolt and Justin Shepherd Six great grandkids Sister: Tudi (Dale) Cook of Seville A memorial will be held Saturday August 8, 2020 at the Richwood VFW Post 870 9 West Blagrove St. Richwood, Ohio 43344 in Richwood, beginning at 4:00 pm Memorial gifts may be made to the VFW Post #870, P.
