Diane “Dee” Hughes

Diane “Dee” Hughes, 75, of Delaware, died Friday evening August 23, 2019 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital. She was born October 9, 1943 in Columbus to the late James Wesley and Donna Reed, she was also preceded in death by her husband Jerry Hughes on April 11, 2008 and a granddaughter Amanda. Dee was a Registered Medical Assistant. But her major accomplishment in life was being a wife, mom and grandma, she was always putting her family first. She enjoyed collecting Boyd’s Bears and her frequent coffee visits with family. Surviving are her daughters: Lisa (Doug) Blankenship of Delaware and Tracie (Bobby) Becker of Blacklick Grandchildren: Seth (Cassandra), Travis, Justin (Jill), Tyler and Katherine Several great grandchildren Private family services will be held at a later date The Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home is assisting the family Florist Login Feel free to post a remembrance on this person's birthday, anniversary of passing, holidays, or whenever feels appropriate.
