Michael “Mike” Winkle

Michael “Mike” Winkle 31 of Forest, formerly of Marion, died Sunday afternoon June 28, 2015 at his home. He was born October 20, 1983 in Marysville. Mike loved his work as a landscaper, he also spent a lot of time tinkering as he had a knack for fixing things. Mike enjoyed jet skiing, four wheeling and anything to do outdoors. Mike was in the process of getting his CDL license, this was keeping up the family tradition of driving truck. He also cherished the time he spent with his friends and family. Surviving are his parents; David Winkle of Forest and Rhonda Carter of Marysville, his son: Isaiah Winkle Christian, special child in his life; Noah Berry, grandparents: Roger and Judy Jones of Richwood, brother: David Winkle Jr. of Warren, sister: Castine Dunn of LaRue, half sisters: Abby and Xanadu McIntosh of Marysville and his dog Buddy. Aunts, uncles and cousins He was predeceased by his grandparents: Paul and Martha Winkle Funeral services will be held Friday July 3, 2015 at 7:00 pm at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood, where friends may call one hour prior to the service, Pastor David Hudson will officiate. Burial in the Claibourne Cemetery will take place at a later date. He was such a sweet kid. I'll always remember him driving his grandpa's pick up truck in the field at 8 yrs old. So sorry for your loss. Rest n peace Mike
