Linda Lou Biggs |
 Linda Lou Biggs, age 68 of Richwood died unexpectedly Tuesday evening, March 26, 2013 at her home. She was born July 23, 1944 in Columbus.
On September 26, 1964 she married Richard Biggs in Grove City, and he survives in Richwood.
She was a 1963 graduate of Franklin Heights High School and had worked at State Auto in Columbus. She enjoyed collecting NASCAR memorabilia, especially Jeff Gordon, and Hot Wheels cars. She loved going to car shows and tractor shows. Among her other hobbies were collecting Avon bottles and hunting arrowheads with her husband. She loved taking care of her family, as well as her 1963 Corvair, which she called “Mr. Happy” and her beloved cat, Bristol.
Besides her husband, she is survived by her mother, Della Welsh, Grove City; two sons, Frederick (Carol) Biggs, Marysville; Andrew Biggs, Richwood; a daughter, Laurie (Rodney) Davisson, Somerset; a sister, Nancy Hammock, Columbus; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Don Welsh.
Funeral services will be Saturday, March 30, 2013 at 12:00 noon at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home, Richwood with Pastor Matthew Craig officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
Memorial gifts may be made to the Union County Humane Society, 16540 County Home Road, Marysville, OH 43040.

Linda and I went to Franklin Heights High School together, all four years. We were good friends. Linda and her family will be in our thoughts and prayers. RIP Linda.

We the class of FHHS 1963, are so sorry to hear of Lindas passing. I personally remember her as a class act and will remember forever our conversation by phone last fall. I am sure she will be missed by everyone who knew her through the years, as we did during our school years together. Ron Schooley

I was saddened to hear of the loss of such a sweet classmate. Linda and I were friends in grade school and high school class of 1963. She will be missed along with others at our 50th reunion this August 2013. My prayers are with the family.

Sorry to hear about Linda. My condolences to her family. I also think it is awesome that she chose to ask friends to make contributions to an animal foundation.
