Aleeta Ann Herr

Aleeta Ann Herr, age 77, of Primrose of Marion, formerly of the Meeker area, died Friday October 7, 2011 at 8:55 PM at Marion General Hospital.  She was born December 2, 1933 in Union County to the late R. Donavon and Ruby (Ledley) Shirk. She is survived by one son; Jonavon Herr of Morral, two daughters; Rubiana (Arthur) Berridge of Marion and Charleta (Dave) Runkle of Upper Sandusky. Five Grandchildren and numerous Great Grandchildren. Sister Elaine Parks of Delaware. A brother Roland Shirk and a sister Sandra Garee are deceased. Mrs. Herr was a farmer, and member of the Meeker United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women. Graveside Services will be held Wednesday October 12, 2011 at 1:00 PM at the Claibourne Cemetery.  Minister will be the Rev. Robin Wells. The Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home is helping the family with arrangements. Those who wish may make contributions to the Meeker United Methodist Church Scholarship  Fund.
