I am deeply saddened by the news of Bet's passing today. I have been thinking about her all day and remembering her cheerful voice when I talked to her a few weeks ago. She has always been a shining light for all of us - never negative in any way. I regret that I am unable to attend services for her this weekend. I am recovering from knee surgery and still not able to ride very long in a vehicle or get around in public too well. This makes me sad since Bet was always with us here no matter how bad she felt and she always had a smile on her face. I have so many good memories of her from before I became a member of the family til now. She was definitely a shinning light in life and is a shinning star in heaven with her Mom and Dad and brother Bud.
She will be missed by everyone. Billye Jean

I knew when my mom called there had been a death by the tone of her voice, but I never expected it to be one of her brother's or sister's. Sadly, it was Aunt Bet. Mom recently went on a trip with her and her family. What a great memory my mom now has. Aunt Bet always called me Cindy Jane. She was always smiling and had her arms open wide to huge. As a child I have so many great memories of trips to the family home in Ohio. Aunt Bet was a very passionate and compassionate person. Lot's of Love is what she had to offer. Love with a smile and open arms. It doesn't get any better than that. You will be greatly missed, but the memories will live in our hearts forever.
Cindy "Jane"

I have such fond memories of Lois. I looked forward to seeing her at school functions and she would open her home to my daughter when she needed a place to stay when the river flooded. Thea enjoyed staying there and always felt very welcome. Lois had a heart of gold, always a smile on her face and a warm hug. She was an outstanding lady ! God has a beautiful and caring angel beside him now. She will be truly missed by her family and friends.

Mom, For 73 years you showed the world your love and for 49 of them you showed it to me. You were more to me than just my mother you were my teacher, my nurse, my cook, my provider, but most of all you were my best friend. I don't know what I'm going to do without you but Mom you would tell me to go on the best way I knew how. I will miss you terribly. Love your daughter Jane

Grannie, you know how much you meant to me for the past 30 years of my life. No matter what we did or whatever came our way you always loved us the same. I am going to miss listening to you tell me stories and telling me that someday God will give me the child I want. I know with you up there with your maker you are talking trying to give me that dream that you so much wanted for me and I know taht you are the angel that is going to make it happen!! Grannie I will never forget our nights in Flordia when we would dance around in our Micheal Jackson shirt and put make up on each other. These memories will in live in my heart forever and I will share all with the little ones.... I LOVE YOU GRANNIE <3
