Ronald Vaughn |
 Ronald Vaughn, age 62 of Richwood, died peacefully at home Sunday morning, March 22, 2009. He was born September 11, 1946 in Rockwood, Tennessee to the late Edgar and Mildred (Hill) Vaughn.
On September 24, 1966 in Henderson, Kentucky he married the former Maggie Snow and she survives.
He was a veteran of the U. S. Army and a carpenter having worked the last 10 yrs. for Interail.
Ron was the kindest, most gentle person any one would ever know; he always saw the good in people and was always willing to help anyone. Our hearts are broken, but we know he is in a better place.
In addition to his wife, Ronald is survived by two sisters, Mary (Robert) Poulsen, Houston, TX; Barbara (Ron) Kostelnick, Houston, TX; two brothers, Mark (Linda) Vaughn, Virginia Beach, VA; Philip (Saulie) Vaughn, Detroit, MI; nieces and nephews; and special family friends, Sue ,Nicki and Joey and Arzella Pratt.
A Gathering of friends and family will be held Thursday evening March 26, 2009 from 6-9 pm at the Vaughn family home in Richwood at 223 West Ottawa St. Richwood, Ohio 43344, there will then be Graveside Services held Saturday morning March 28, 2009 at 11:00 am in the Snow Cemetery in Radnor, West Virginia, where there will be veteran services conducted

On days like the 4th of July, I think of people like my Uncle Ron and the sacrifices he made for me and so many others in service to our country. A great person missed every day, and loved evey minute. Rest in peace Uncle Ron, we love you.

He will always be the most amazing man I have ever met. Ronnie was the man who influened the man I am today. His heart and soul will live in my heart forever. I love you baby,
