Roy E. “Buck” Kilfian, 94, of Richwood died Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at the Marion General Hospital He was born August 1, 1913 in Leesburg Township to the late John and Hattie Floretta (Almendinger) Kilfian Buck was a Veteran of the Army during WW II, he had worked for the former Gruber-Reidenbaugh Auto Dealership in Richwood for 26 yrs., and he was a member of the Richwood American Legion Baccarat Post 40, enjoyed fishing, going to auctions and doing crafts On November 1, 1974 he married Martha Louise (Henry) and she survives Also surviving are children: Monty Lee (Barbara) Kilfian of Lakeview, Tina Lynn (John) Stovall of Magnetic Springs, Robert E. Shearer of Marblehead, Mona Lisa (William) Young of Las Vegas and Valarie Jo (William) Wooldridge of California 21 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild Predeceased by 2 sons: Terry Ray Kilfian and Roger A. Shearer, brother: R.B. Kilfian and sister: Dessie Dell Teets Funeral Services will be held Saturday November 17, 2007 at 2:00 pm at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood, where friends may call Friday from 4-7 pm, Pastor Fred Cheney will officiate, burial will be in the Claibourne Cemetery, where there will be veteran graveside services conducted by the Richwood Veterans Memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Assn. at 1950 Arlingate Lane Columbus, Ohio 43228 Remembrances and Condolences may be expressed at www.stofcheck-ballinger.com Directions to Claibourne Cemetery Florist Login Feel free to post a remembrance on this person's birthday, anniversary of passing, holidays, or whenever feels appropriate.
