Mikey,
After all this time I still think about you bro. I remember teaching you how to skateboard and soon you became better than me! I'm not a big afterlife believer, but if it is real I hope you are proud of me man. I know you can't see this, but I need to express it somewhere. I miss you man.. more than you will ever know!
Your friend,
Austin

Hey Mikey,r r You died 10 years ago when we were only 13. You were so proud of your skateboard, and I remember thinking you were the COOLEST kid because of it. You were hurting, but you never had an unkind word for anyone, and there was always a glimmer in your eyes when you talked to me - as if you knew something I didn't.r No one's death has affected me more than yours and I still think about you to this day. r Love you, Mikey

All of these years have passed & I still haven't met a friend quite like him. His heart was so full of love and he was so protective of the friends he did have. Not a day goes by I don't think of his friendship and the things he taught me about being a good friend. I miss him daily.

Mike was in my home room at school. He was such a nice boy, so pleasant, and smart. Ours is a small home room, with only 7 students, and the kids were very close. He was so thrilled when he joined band. Just one day last week he said "the neat thing about playing a drum is that you get to carry these drumsticks around."
No one will ever miss him as much as you, but please know that we miss him too. It has really left a void in our little band of students in home room. We loved him, too.
My prayers are with you and will continue to be with you.

Dear Zaler Family,
I am so sorry to have read of your loss of Michael. I too am thirteen and its very sad that your son passed away at such a young age.I can not begin to know what you are going through at this time but I do know how it feels to lose someone you love. Please take courage from what the Bible says at John 5:28,29 and Reve 21:4. These scriptures proved to be a source of comfort to me espacially when I lost someone who was like a grandpa to me. I really do hope these thoughts will bring comfot to your family. Again I am very sorry for your loss.
Sincerely,
Rebekah.
