I first met and worked with John in commercial broadcasting in 1963, until 1966. He was Chief Engineer at both stations, and he taught me a lot about electronics, and life, as well. John was my friend, Elmer, and mentor. We kept in touch over the years, particularly the past 15, by phone, visits to Ocala, and Ham Radio. I miss John terribly, but know that by his faith, he and his beloved Wilma are together again. 73 + 88 OM
