Dorothy J. Fields

Dorothy J. Fields, 82, died Friday,1 Aug/ 27, 1999, at Middletown Regional Hospital following a four-month illness. The former Prospect resident was a retired clerk at Montgomery Ward. The daughter of Charles L. and Carrie Schilling Collmer was born October 16,1916, in Prospect. She was a member of Prospect United Methodist Church and Prospect Senior Citizens. Surviving are two sons, Charles Fields of .Trenton and David Fields of Hamilton; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Funeral services were held Wednesday, Sept. 1,1999, at Gehm- Ballinger Funeral Home with the Rev. David L, Hoffman officiating. Interment was at Prospect Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association of Central Ohio.
