Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in LaRue by the Rev. Frederick Haley, with burial in McKendree Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Wednesday.
She died at Marion General Hospital at 2:55 p.m. Monday. She had been ill four months.
She was born Feb. 2, 1904, in Hardin County to Edward and Birdie (Hamilton) Thompson.
She was married to Marcus A. Hensel Aug. 17, 1922, in Kenton. He survives.
She was a member of the Hopewell United Methodist Church in Hardin County, and had been a homemaker.
Also surviving are a
daughter, Mrs. James (Mar-jorie) Howell of Centerville, Ind.; seven sons, Donald, Vernon, Dale, Lowell and Warren, all of Marion, Wilbur of Forest and Clair of Morral; 20 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Two brothers and a son, Wayne, are deceased.
