Hazel P. Mitton

Miss Hazel P. Mitton, 70,  retired elevator operator at Hotel Harding, died unexpectedly Monday morning Feb 26, 1973 at her home, 2161/2 Front St., LaRue. A Marion area resident 40 years, she came from Delaware where she was born Dec. 16, 1902, to Max and Blanche Carey Mitton, one of a family of four daughters and nine children. Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Gladys Rawlins of Richwood, nieces,   nephews   and   grand-nieces. Services will be Thursday at 1   p.m.    in    Stof check-Ford Funeral Home in LaRue. Rev. James Mason will officiate and burial   will   be   in   Price-Cemetery.
