Former LaRue resident Ronald Jack Williams, 89, died Wednesday at noon, Dec. 20, 1989 at East Lawn Manor.
He was born March 16, 1900, in Bowling Green Township, Marion County, a son of Harry and Bertha Lamb Williams.
A bulk station manager for the Standard Oil Co. for 42 years, he retired in 1963. He was a member of Bellefontaine First United Methodist Church and Standard Oil 40-Year Club.
Mr. Williams married the former Annabel Allen Dec. 26, 1920, and she died Nov. 1, 1982.
Surviving are a brother, Eston Williams, LaRue, and two nephews, Merrill Williams, LaRue, and Jack Williams, Marysville, Wash. A sister is deceased.
