Elizabeth Theresa Vanway

Elizabeth Theresa Vanway, 70,644 Espyville Road N., died Monday afternoon Feb 4, 1991 at Marion General Hospital. She was born in Perry County June 18, 1920, a daughter of William and Catherine Verfer O'Farrell. Mrs. Vanway was retired from employment with Ogden Foods, and was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. Surviving are her husband, John R. Vanway, whom she married 1942; a son, John R. Vanway, Espyville; a sister, Mary Catherine Crorrin, Delaware; a grandchild; and a great-grandchild. The service will be 10:30 am. Thursday at Stofcheck Funeral Home, LaRue, with Father Dean Mathewson officiating. Burial will follow in LaRue Cemetery. Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 pjn. Wednesday at the funeral home where a prayer service will be conducted 8:30 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
