Stephen L. Dowell

RICHWOOD - -  Stephen L. Dowell, 64, Mount Vemon Developmental Center, Mount Vernon, died there Wednesday evening June 5, 1991. The relative of Richwood area residents was bom in Southside, W.Va., Oct. 18,1926, the son of the late George and Emma Walker Dowell. Surviving are a sister, Goldie Van Sickle, West Virginia; and nieces and nephews in the Richwood area. A graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday at Shoup Cemetery by the Rev. Roy Grindstaff. Calling hours will not be observed. Stofcheck Funeral Home here is in charge of arrangements.
