Richard E. (Rick) Reed

LARUE - -  Richard E. (Rick) Reed, 35, 575 Front St., LaRue, died suddenly Thursday night April 2, 1992. He was bom Jan. 23, 1957 in Athens. Mr. Reed is survived by his father, Richard M.; his mother, Thelma Boyd; a stepmother, Janice Reed and a stepfather, Harry Boyd. He also is survived by two daughters, Kristine, LaRue, and Angie, Millfield; one son, Richard J., Mill-field; four brothers, Greg, Ronnie, Tim, LaRue, and Tony, Deltona, Fla.; two sisters, Sandy Gerding, Clyde, Jessica Reed, Athens; a maternal  grandmother, Bessie Rutter, The Plains; and a paternal grandmother, Audrey Reed, The Plains. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Stofcheck Funeral Home in LaRue, with the Rev. Tim Pasma presiding. Burial will follow in LaRue Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral-home. Contributions may be made to the family.
