Sadie Clark

RICHWOOD — Sadie Clark, 60. Marion, died Tuesday November 16, 1995 at her residence. Born Aug. 22, 1935, in Logan. W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Bud and Denny Marie (Meade) Chafin. On Oct. 16, 1951, she married Lawrence Clark, and he died June 26. 1978. She was retired from the former Marion Tecumseh Products. She is survived by two sons, Lawrence Clark Jr. and Frank Clark, both Marion: two daughters, Donna  Rice  and  Mrs.  Robert (Karen) Smith, both Marion; a brother, Arthur Chafin, Marion: three sisters. Dallene Page. Vadie Krauter   and   Lola   Waits,   all Marion: and 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters. The funeral is 1 p.m. Monday at Stofcheck Funeral Home, with the Rev. Tim Pasma officiating. Burial is in LaRue Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 2-5 p.m. Sunday. Memorial contributions may be made to the family, in care of the funeral home.
