Mary M. Bruno Cox

Mary M. Bruno Cox, 56, of Jackson Road, Marysville, died late Friday evening, Dec. 24, 1999, at her home following a short illness. She was born Aug. 31, 1943, in Stickney, W. Va., to Lawrence and Evelyn Larabee Bruno. On July 5, 1960, she married George Cox. She was a homemaker, centering her life around her family, especially her children and grandchildren. Survivors include her mother of Stickney, W. Va.; her husband; two sons, Gary (Tami) Cox of Middleburg and Ken (Shame) Cox of Marysville; a daughter, Carol (Chris) Miller of Richwood; five grandchildren, Chelsea and Logan Cox, Andrea Frey, and Katie and Conner Miller; a brother, Larry (Frances) Larabee of Stickney, W. Va.; three sisters, Barbara Kay (John) Skull of Charleston, W. Va., Carolyn Sue (James) John of Naoma, W. Va., and Cheryl (Virgil) Whitlock-Allen of Floyd, Va.; and many dear friends. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in Richwood with the Rev. Debbie Machusak officiating. Friends may call Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. Burial will be in the Hopewell Cemetery.
